Medianet is a fine browser. But a full HTML browser it is not. If you want a better experience then try Opera-mini or BOLT browser. In full HTML view they can render the screen on your Mythic just like your PC. And if installed properly can download ringtones or pics and attachments in web mail. They will even be able to send attachments through your webmail.

Install the jar and jad using the TKFE install method described here.

If you would like to try the new Opera-Mini beta browser with tabs then check out jesusfreak's link.

You cannot delete Media Net.  It is the default and always will be the default.

I just got my mythic today. I downloaded and tweaked the latest Opera mini (big thanks to the tutorials and help from the likes of Goat and the others on this site) and put it on and it works great! Files should be below.
Great browser, BTW. full screen, tabs, cool looking shortcuts, and it rotates!

I installed Opera mini 5 a week or two ago but hadn't played with it much.  Right off the bat I didn't like the QWERTY keyboard for entering text as it's nearly too small to do anything with if you don't have a stylist in hand.  However I did revisit it last night after seeing this post and found it can copy/paste. A feature that I have yet to find on another of the built-in browsers for the Mythic.

The 5.0 beta and 4.2 will install separately on the phone. You can install both at the same time.

Yeah, I had 5.0 already installed but was wondering what the beta 2 version would do.  Hence the reason I removed 5.0 prior to putting 5.0 beta 2 onboard.
