mighttuss -Give steps you are doing to connect with TKFE. You have to enter "com#" in TKFE yourself. You can find com# in device manager / modems /samsung mobile modem / then click on modem tab and you will see com #. Be sure to enter word "com" along with # .

Every once in awhile someone losses their applications or games folder. 9 times out of 10 it is due to user error. Pressing the wrong thing in the internals or installing the games and apps correctly.
One fix I heard of was to just download an application from media mall. That should make your folder reappear and everything in it. I believe using rumkin you can specify games or application folder and install something that way.

speedosrock 105 I have never seen com ports listed in the drop down box of TKFE. I went to the device manager on my pc and found my phone under modems listed as samsung mobile modem v2. I clicked properties then modem tab. My pc has already assigned com 11 as my port (higher com numbers are apparently reserved for modems low ones cause com failures with TKFE). Anyway I just typed in com11 in the drop down box in TKFE and voila I can see my phone and have no com failures. Your PC may assign a different com port make sure to look it up in the device manager. If your phone is not listed in the device manager under modems you may not have the drivers properly installed or you phone may not be set to samsung pc studio in the settings-connectivity-usb mode menu. I hope this helps and saves you some time getting TKFE working.

I'm a Mythic newbie (got my phone on Tuesday). Just went through this process to get TKFE to see my phone and finally got it working. Thanks everyone for the great instructions.
