Credit for discovering this goes to jigrybros. I just rewrote it to make it easier to understand and added some details to make the tutorial easier.

In TkFileExplorer (TKFE) navigate to the following file:
Phone -> Registry -> MainMenu_reg.ini
Right Click on the file and click upload.

Go to the directory you uploaded the file to.
Create a copy of the MainMenu_reg.ini file as a backup.
Then open the MainMenu_reg.ini file in Notepad.
It helps to use WordWrap in Notepad to see all the text in the file.

The text in your file will vary but it follows this general pattern:
#VersionVersion=1#MenuIndexIconID0=XIconID1=XIconID2=XIconID3=XIconID4=XIconID5=X
...and so on depending on how your menu is currently set up.

Each X in the text above corresponds to an Icon ID number, which can be found in the table below. To set up your menu, replace the X with whatever Icon ID number you want.
You can not skip an IconID# tag, for example if you dont want an IconID2, you still have to include the IconID2 tag in the file but set its icon ID number to 0.
Also, do not create any spaces in the contents of the file.

To determine which icons will show up on which menu, do some simple math. You can put up to twelve icons per menu. Therefore:
IconID0 - IconID11 = First Menu
IconID12 - IconID23 = Second Menu
IconID24 - IconID35 = Third Menu
IconID36 - IconID 47 = Fourth Menu
IconID48 - IconID59 = Fifth Menu
It appears that this is the maximum number of icons you can have.

Once you have finished editing the MainMenu_reg.ini file, save it, and copy it back into the phone. Then exit TKFE and open you new menu. By the way, I have included a copy of my current menu file and it is attached to this post.

Ya I will look into it. However, I think that the phone just links to the webpage to download it and doesnt actually have the file.

Well you might want to consider only keeping the games and apps that you use routinely installed. The restjust keep on the memory card and install them whenever you need them using BlueFTP.

Need a little help Brainiak, I used TKFE to delete the games (the ones that came on the phone but were just demos) that were locked. I deleted the folders but the icons still show up under games on the phone. Can you maybe explain how to delete the locked icons again, dont really follow you on what to do. Also is wordwrap a app I need to get to use with notebook ? Thanks.
