is there any codes for my samsung to fix these problems?

ok so I've been reading forums and i understand u cant change the lock screen
and u cant lock the widgets where u want them and that u cant record convos while on the phone. if it werent for these things this phone would be worthwhile. but i see codes everywhere for apps and other things so im wondering is there any safe way to punch in a code to change this? like can u over rite the lock screen or do something about this? if there is anything u can do to cheat these annoying things pleasee let me know..ive had my eye on the "LG EXPO" but i dont wanna be dissappointed if i save and buy it.. i love it as far as i know..any advice please respond!
