just let your lady friends know you are secure in your manliness and in touch with your feminine side. or that you wanted to make sure they are always on your mind, thus butterflies and flowers.  Wink

Grin LOL, I'm married so I guess it just doesn't bother me.
I'm still looking in files for an answer, but looking into other things more.
I figure if they still haven't gotten this fixed on other forums, its unlikely for us until firmware is found if ever Sad. KUDOS to whoever may figure this out before then.

I searched the internet for some answers to this but they are all general saying to use TKFE to find the file and delete it, replacing it with a similar file.  However I do not know where to find this file.  Any suggestions on where in the file tree it might reside?

It is not possible at this time. The files are hidden and compressed in an unknown form.

The pretty screensaver pictures actually match my pretty flower phone case!!

But I wouldn't mind custom pictures either. Tongue

I know it's not the best workaround, but you can turn the screen lock off. Go to settings, Phone, Then turn auto keypad lock off.

The screen will go off within your own specified time setting, and won't come back on until you press a physical button. I've never had any bad instances with this, and no pocket dialing, pocket pictures, or anything. I have to say, it's definitely nice to know exactly what will come up when you pull your phone out. Wish we could just make our own screensavers or pick one of the auto-pictures, but this is the best you can do for now.

Im sure the resident geniuses already found this but if it helps accessing the phone through PC Studio the wallpapers can be found there but give no options when right clicking or hitting the delete button. Still protected.

Those pics although the same image is not the copy used for the screensavers. They are hidden elsewhere and ina format which can't be accessed.

What I really don't get is how many people have complained and bitched to Samsung about this with the Eternity, and now 4 phones later they are not only still doing this but they've made it worse!  My friend at work used to have an LG Dare, and all it did was put a lock message over the homescreen...what is samsung not getting about this?  I haven't met anyone who actually likes this feature, and why would they?  LIke many have said, the Butterflies and flowers are embarrasing.  IT shouldn't be a matter of "Customizing" the lockscreen wallpapers, plain and simple they just shouldn't be there.

jdeclue24833 - There is no reason for this much profanity on the forum. I've edited your post. Do it again and you'll find yourself banned.

I used TKFE and tried to rename another pic and tried to replace the locked pic but needless to say samsung has the pic locked down pretty good.
