No clue...but it can't be that high. There is a serious lag issue with the Mythic.
I wonder will Samsung address this issue and come out with a Firmware update? (Wishful thinking  Undecided )

This phone does have a bit too much for a cell phone and not a smart phone.. but something that can decrease lag is removing unneeded shortcuts in the Menu and widget bar. Worked for me =)

perhaps using one of those j2me apps that perform benchmarks might help you get a quantifiable way of seeing how fast your phone is

i used an app called 3dmark06.jar
i got 22 fps for 2D and 8 fps for 3D rendering on the j2me app.

if i can find the jar file again, i will post here.
